A little exploration into some of the scouting Mementos and memorabilia I have collected over the past 10 years in Scouting.
So this Scoutmaster Dave I’m going to go through a few things that I have in the background here. Things I’ve collected over the years as being part in scouting.
Now one of the first things that you pick up in scouting really is your compass and this one’s a pretty I guess it’s a pretty good one here that I use it out for orienteering and stuff like that a lot of these things I keep on the the shelf and the old scout master Dave office here.
Something else I was given was from the current scoutmaster gave me this really cool pocket Spice Box here a whole bunch of spices in it.
As you kind of go through your scouting Journey you end up with a bunch of stuff that just scouters will give other scouters things uh that you know means something to them he knows that I’m into cooking and he really you know he saw this and thought of me and it was really nice of him as well something along those same lines here is this really neat Camp Master knife here
This is an old knife that another scout master uh somebody that I have known for a long time and we are Camp Masters we maintain the camps the the Nassau County camps in Theodore Roosevelt Council and we’re Camp masters so we found these really cool Camp Master knives and he gifted me one which was really nice of him.
